Cockroaches, Expired Food, Failed Cold Chain – FDA Suspends Zepto’s Malad West License – VIDEO
The Maharashtra FDA has suspended the licence of Drogheria Sellers Pvt. Ltd. (Zepto), Malad West, after inspectors found multiple hygiene and food-safety violations at the facility.
Inspectors reportedly found live cockroaches near raw food and beverages, while milk, paneer and curd were stored at 14–15°C, above the required 2–6°C range.
